**Commissions** - A4 size paper - Graphite Pencil - Unframed/unmounted
This listing is for a hand drawn, detailed graphite pencil drawing of your beloved animals or subject matter of your choice. It can also make a beautiful and unique gift for a loved one. Make the memory of your beloved animal or subject matter of choice last forever with a commemorative commission. *The portrait will not include a drawn background*.
The portrait is drawn onto acid free art paper (paper subject to change). The size of the paper is A4 (29.7 x 21 cms). The drawn image will be smaller than the A4 page. The portrait will be supplied unframed and will not have an aperture.
The images used in this listing are examples of commissions and drawings completed. You will need to provide good quality detailed photos of the subject matter (ensuring that the lighting is good to show the detail). The photos of the dogs as shown is an example of a good quality detailed photo.

The more detail in the reference photos, the more detail can be drawn in the portrait.
There may be a lead-time for completing the commission, Victoria Perkins will contact you to give you an estimated lead-time for completion of the animal portrait. If you have a deadline for a special occasion, please ensure this information is passed on, and Victoria will let you know what is possible. Victoria will also endeavour to send update photos of the work in progress, and also once completed to ensure that you are happy prior to posting.
The work will be packed safely and securely, and sent with insured postage.

This listing is for one A4 animal portrait or subject matter of choice (one animal/subject per portrait). If you have more than one animal/subject, please put the number of animals/subjects in the quanity box = (2 animals/subjects - 2 x A4 animal/subject portaits = 2 quantity = £200)

Care Instructions
To ensure that the commissioned work stays in tip-top condition and doesn’t fade, it is important that it is kept in a picture frame, in an area that is not subjected to high humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme heat (in the vicinity of a radiator).
Addendum to Terms and conditions
This addendum must be read in conjunction with Victoria Perkins Art main terms and conditions.
The nature of the commission means that it is hand-drawn and therefore will not be a perfect/exact match to the images provided by the purchaser. Subtle variations are a part of the artistic composition. The agreed compostion will be discussed and agreed with the purchaser prior to the works commencing.
Victoria Perkins Art will endeavour to complete works in the time-frame advised at the beginning, however cannot be held responsbile for delays outside their control. Any forseeable delays will communicated to the purchaser once known.
Progress photos of the work will be sent to the purchaser via email, giving an opportunity to raise any concerns with the artwork prior to completion. The artist will do their utmost to ensure the customer is happy with the work.
Once the commission has commenced, the purchaser will be unable to change the style/size/medium or subject matter to that originally agreed without charge. Should the purchaser wish to amend any of the detail agreed prior to commenceing works, Victoria Perkins must be notified immediately, and any costs applicable for the work already undertaken will be discussed accordingly.
The work will be packed sufficiently, and sent via an insured delivery. Should the commission not arrive within the timescale advise in the main terms and conditions, please contact Victoria Perkins asap. Please refer to main terms and conditions with any transit damage received to the work.
Free Hanging Pendant information
The pendants are shiny and glossy in texture and have a hole at the top where twine has been added to easlily hang the pendant. Victoria Perkins Art logo is placed on the back of the pendant.
Please note, the pendants will be made with the shape pictured with the particular image i.e. Sausage all lit up - Round Pendant, if you would like the image different to that pictured (two choices only Heart and round), please ensure you message Victoria accordingly.
The images have been heat pressed to the ceramic pendant, and as is the nature of the handprinting, it is perfectly normal to have different shades/sizes/marks when compared to the listing photo.
Each Ceramic pendant created is never the same and this is what makes each one completely bespoke, they are individually made with care and love by Victoria Perkins.
